QA/QC Introduction

In order to carry out the quality management policy strictly, we built up a Quality Control Section to supervise product quality.

1) Raw material quality control: we strictly select and test PVC raw materials and basic fabrics according to standard specifications before laminated and knife coated.

2) Production quality control: each process is strictly controlled according to production and company standards

3) Finished product quality control: goods' samples are checked for all functions individually; such as yarn quality, tensile strength, tearing strength, adhesion strength, surface treatment. Critical parameters are also measured and checked accurately.

4) Printing effect testing: our company has a printer "Infinity", which is especially suitable for testing products about ink absorption, color effect, printing color stability to assure each detail well.
